Who is this for?

Operational Managers are the heart beat of any organisation.  They establish the rhythm and beat of the business, and manage the flow of cash in and out of the organisation.  Operational managers include those who manage front line managers, or those in their first people management role but working in IT, HR, Projects, Finance or similar. It is suitable for those who are newly promoted into their role as well as for existing managers who wish to refresh their understanding of the role and its impact on the business.
