Mentoring Support

Mentoring is a developmental process which involving a transfer of skill or knowledge from a more experienced to a less experienced person through learning dialogue and role modelling. 26 Steps enables this to occur in a structured way, building productive relationships between managers and transferring knowledge and experience through the business. If you have difficulty in identifying a mentor in your own business, speak with us so that we can arrange someone for you from our wide network of experienced managers and leaders in many industry sectors.

Support for mentors is available in a number of ways:

  • Option to licence the coaching skills programme so it runs in-house
  • Access to a network of experienced managers and leaders if you have difficulty identifiying a mentor in your own business.
